Genre shortlist, Three different genres and what each one is.

Action - One genre I was considering was action. An action genre may include physical feats, extended fight scenes, violence  and frantic chases. The reason as to why the action genre was one of the genres I was considering is because its both fun to do, and it also allows me to be flexible in what I do within the opening scene. This is because it allows me to use a wide array of actions elements without it being doing over powering due to the fact that most action scenes are over the top in the making.

Thriller - Thriller was another movie genre I was considering. The Thriller genre uses elements of suspense, tension as its main devises. The reason as to why I was considering the thriller genre was because it allows for me to be more creative. This is because within the thriller genre there are elements of suspense, tension and a heavy story to drive it all. The reason why I find this creative is due to the fact that the thriller genre is heavy in terms of the narrative, Which makes it possible to shape both an engaging and entertaining story.

Horror - Although horror was last on my list in terms of genres I was considerings... it doesn't deduct from the fact that it was thought about. The horror genre has elements of tension, suspense and the occasional jump scare. The reason as to why I was considering doing this genre was because I found the concept of getting into the audiences mind and making them scared...fun. Another reason as to why i was thinking about doing the horror genre was because it allows me to be completely outlandish in terms of what my narrative can be. This is because horror story's can range from psychopaths to werewolves and zombies.
